2 weeks free trial

We train in a small group environment where everyone gets plenty of coaching each class. Class size is limited to six people, and if only one person is there, they get one-on-one coaching. Avoid large group classes and learn in a safe environment with friendly helpful people. Our gym is like the original CrossFit, in a warehouse. Definitely an "old school" look and feel. In fact , it got nicknamed "the Cave", and we kind of like that name. We are different, by choice. By the way, we have been training people in Sarasota since 2005!

Training Fees


Here are our fees (no contract required)


Unlimited fee is $140.00/month per person 


Split shift fee is $110.00/month per person 
(only for Tues. & Thurs. 6:30am classes 
and Mon.-Fri. 6:30pm classes)


Note: sales tax will be added

Drop-in fees are listed below:
Individuals---$10/day, Couples---$15/day, Families---$25/day

Class descriptions

Underground Strength
The training system created by Zach Even-Esh
Great for building strength, agility, mental toughness & power (this is not the same as the WOD)





Workout of the Day (WOD) is now Training of the Day (TOD)
These workouts are challenging for everyone, and are scaled to your level of fitness
Combinations of bodyweight exercises, weightlifting, sprinting, gymnastics make this a "results-producing" class
I have done a lot of analyzing of our training as well as the training of other notable strength athletes over the last few years.
Our focus from here on out will be on training, not working out or exercising. My vision for this is to implement strength-building into our daily  training sessions. There will be skill work and conditioning built around that.
TODs will be usually 30 full  minutes long, not 5 to 15 minutes as is very popular in many places.
Watch for the  TODs to be posted, and make sure you share them with the people you want to help get stronger.
