Class descriptions

Underground Strength
The training system created by Zach Even-Esh
Great for building strength, agility, mental toughness & power (this is not the same as the WOD)





Workout of the Day (WOD) is now Training of the Day (TOD)
These workouts are challenging for everyone, and are scaled to your level of fitness
Combinations of bodyweight exercises, weightlifting, sprinting, gymnastics make this a "results-producing" class
I have done a lot of analyzing of our training as well as the training of other notable strength athletes over the last few years.
Our focus from here on out will be on training, not working out or exercising. My vision for this is to implement strength-building into our daily  training sessions. There will be skill work and conditioning built around that.
TODs will be usually 30 full  minutes long, not 5 to 15 minutes as is very popular in many places.
Watch for the  TODs to be posted, and make sure you share them with the people you want to help get stronger.
